What is art you ask? Well, art is basically anything that can be made by anyone. Either drawings on paper, paintings, photography, music, and much more. 'Art' is basically the most abstract thing that a person can do. It's not hard or anything, my typical type of 'art' is drawing.
Art Policy and Rules
Remember. Art is original. Once you start to draw it, you claim it. Now, referring to my take on this, this statement basically means that you may not use any of my work for absolutely no reason at all. This includes examples of counterfeiting, tracing, and removing watermarks or signatures. Or just basically stealing the image of how it is and just claiming it to be your own, even with a signature or not. In other words, 'Plagiarism'.
These types of actions are NOT allowed and will give you a block from my page. You may also result in getting banned permanently from DeviantART.
Being a Watcher of mine
Right after you click on that watcher button and decided to Watch me, you are saying that you agree to the rules and regulations and accept the rules and consequences if you are a victim of stealing my artwork. I know that I'm probably not one of the most amazing artists on DeviantART, but the rules still apply. They are my drawings, so I own them.
Reusing a piece of art that I have made and selling it as a print is ABSOLUTLEY NOT ALLOWED. If I give a gift-art and say you can use it, that does NOT mean that you can resell it as a print. This results that you are the owner of that print, and if someone actually buys it, the print will belong to YOU. I will ask that you either stop selling it as a print or just delete the deviation itself.
Spamming and Trolling
Spamming and trolling is not allowed and will represent in either a warning or a block on my page. If you spam or troll once, this will result in a note with a first degree warning. If you spam or troll a second time, this will result in a second degree warning. Keep spamming or trolling again, and you will get the third degree warning, which is a block. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a block from my page and more severe consequences.
Name calling is not allowed and unacceptable. There are plenty of 'bad names' to call people, but really? That language? That is highly unacceptable. Calling me a censored word or in this case, words that need *s in them, will result in a block with NO WARNINGS. You don't know who I could be behind this art policy that I'm typing right now. This rule also applies to anyone else who is on DeviantART.
Failure of agreeing to my art policy will result in a block from my page. I don't play games and I will not tolerate any of this nonsense.
